Use of the Platform
Mendly connects customers with independent service professionals. We are a marketplace platform and are not directly responsible for the quality or outcome of services performed by professionals listed on our platform.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Service Professional Vetting
Mendly collects license and insurance information from service professionals at the time of onboarding and reviews it before a professional is listed. Mendly does not currently perform criminal background checks. Users are encouraged to review professional profiles before booking.
