Mendly Command Center
The command center for every home, estate and business you run.
Every pro you trust, every property, every code and every recurring visit in one place, shared with your team. Run it all by simply talking to your Assistant. And when a pro falls through, the next one on your list is already lined up.
Built for the people who keep everything running
One household or a portfolio of them. A single office or every location.
Personal and executive assistants
Run every principal from one login. Switch households in a tap, and stop keeping the whole operation in your personal phone.
Estate and house managers
Know who handles what at every property, what is due this week, and whose insurance lapses next month.
Family offices
Oversight across residences with roles, an activity log, spend by property and a household manual that survives staff changes.
Office and small business managers
Janitorial, HVAC, IT, pest control, signage and repairs for every location, with the same one-tap requests.
What we heard
The same five problems come up again and again
Numbers everywhere
Contacts live across phones, texts, email signatures and a spreadsheet nobody updates.
Knowledge walks out the door
When an assistant or house manager leaves, the vendor list, the codes and the "ask for Miguel" notes leave with them.
Everything is reactive
No schedule means small problems become expensive ones, and warranties expire unnoticed.
Compliance by memory
Insurance and licenses expire and nobody checks until something goes wrong on the property.
No network in a new city
A second home, a new office, a pro who just retired: finding someone trustworthy fast is still phone tag.
Set up in an afternoon. Useful the same day.
Bring your people
Import contacts from your phone (.vcf) or a spreadsheet (.csv), add Mendly pros from their profile, or type them in.
Map who does what, where
Pick a preferred and a backup pro for each service at each property. Add access notes, codes and equipment.
Invite your team
Principal, assistants, house managers, staff, family and the accountant each see what their role allows.
Request in one tap
Your pro gets the job first. No answer in time? Your backup. Still nothing? Mendly looks for a pro nearby, where Mendly has pros.
Your Assistant
Just say it. Your Assistant runs the rest.
Tap the mic and talk the way you would to a great house manager. Your Assistant knows your pros, your properties and your schedule, does the organizing on the spot, and lines up requests for you to approve with one tap.
- Nothing reaches a pro or a person until you tap Confirm.
- It never reads out codes, and it follows each team member's role.
- A short brief every time you open it: what is due, what is waiting, what expires soon.
The gap
A filing cabinet cannot find you a plumber. A lead marketplace forgets you after the job.
Household software stores your vendors. Marketplaces find new ones. Mendly does both, in the same place, in the right order.
| Typical household software | Typical lead marketplace | Mendly Command Center | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Keep your trusted pros, properties and access notes in one place | Yes | No | Yes, private to your household |
| Find a new pro when you need one | Not their job | Your request is often sold to several pros | One matched pro, never resold |
| Your pro first, your backup next, then a new match automatically | No | No | Built in |
| Credentials checked and expiry tracked | Manual entry | Often self-reported | Verification shown on Mendly pros, expiry reminders for every pro |
| Team roles with instant revoke | Yes | Single account | Six roles, revoke in one click |
| Recurring services that actually send themselves | Task reminders | No | Request goes to your pro on schedule |
| Run it all by voice, with an assistant that knows your pros | No | No | Built in, with confirm before anything is sent |
| Price for the household | Often a sales call | Free, pros pay per lead | Free, pros never pay per lead |
We kept what works, and finished the job
The best household tools got the basics right. Here is what we added on top.
A single source of truth
Connected to a live marketplace, so the list can also fill its own gaps.
The household manual
Generated from what you already entered, printable in one click, with codes left out on purpose.
Permissions for staff
Gate and alarm codes are encrypted and every reveal is logged with who and when.
Maintenance schedules
A due service does not just remind you. It sends the request to your chosen pro.
Discretion by default
Your list is private to your household. Mendly does not sell your requests or share your contacts.
Every change on the record
Requests, vendor changes, invites and code reveals are logged with who and when.
Spend your accountant can use
Log what each visit cost, see it by property and by pro, and export a CSV any time.
Questions
What can the Assistant do?+
Talk or type, and it runs the Command Center for you: it looks up who handles what, adds and updates pros and properties, sets up recurring services, logs spend and prepares requests and invitations. Anything that contacts a person waits for you to tap Confirm. It never reads out gate or alarm codes, and it only does what your role allows.
Is it free?+
Yes. The command center is free for households, estates and businesses. Mendly is paid for by professionals through a flat membership, and never by taking a cut of a job or selling your request.
What if my pro is not on Mendly?+
Keep them anyway. When you send them a job, Mendly emails it to them with your reply-to address, so they answer you directly. You can also invite them to join Mendly, which unlocks one-tap accept and verified credentials. In Mendly launch markets, pros join free as Founding Pros.
What happens if my pro does not respond?+
A Mendly pro has a response window: four hours for normal requests, one hour for urgent ones. If they decline or go quiet, your backup gets it next, and after that Mendly looks for a pro nearby. Mendly matching is available where Mendly has pros, and grows market by market.
Can one assistant manage several principals?+
Yes. One login can belong to many households. Each household keeps its own pros, properties, team and activity log.
Who can see our gate and alarm codes?+
Only the owner, assistants and house managers. Codes are encrypted, hidden until someone clicks to reveal them, logged when revealed, and never included in a request or the printed manual.
Where does it work?+
Your own pros work anywhere. Mendly matching is available where Mendly has listed pros, and is growing market by market.
